Contemporary Jazz and Abstract Artist

Amanda Marie is a contemporary jazz vocalist and abstract artist whose work explores expression through both sound and colour.

After discovering her affinity for the neo-soul and contemporary jazz scene following her move to London, she relaunched her musical project under the name Amanda Marie in 2022. Drawing inspiration from the rich improvisational language of modern jazz and neo-soul, she has spent the last several years refining her songwriting and artistic voice, crafting a sound that blends soul, jazz harmony and contemporary influences.

Alongside her musical work, Amanda Marie also maintains an active visual art practice. Working primarily in abstract painting, her vibrant compositions often combine elements of surreal narrative, cubism and minimalism, exploring themes such as duality, identity and the experience of belonging between cultures.

Through both disciplines, Amanda Marie approaches creativity as a dialogue between emotion, movement and expression.
