We want you to love your artwork. Every Amanda Marie original is carefully inspected, photographed and securely packaged before dispatch.

Original Artwork

As each painting is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind. If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amandamarieartwork@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the artwork

• Photographs of the packaging

• Photographs of any damage

  
  

We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement (if available), repair, partial refund or full refund.

Damaged in Transit

All artwork is shipped fully tracked and insured.

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been resolved, as the courier may require an inspection.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned artwork (if applicable) has been received and inspected.

Processing Time

All original artwork is carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates only. Customs clearance, public holidays and remote locations may result in longer delivery times.

All orders are shipped tracked, insured and require a signature on delivery.

• Europe: +3–7 business days (typically 6–12 business days from ordering)

• USA & Canada: +5–10 business days (typically 8–15 business days from ordering)
